Jason Lee's Creator PlayBook: AI No-Code Tools, Productivity / Tech, Tax Strategy (I Promise This Is Actually Interesting!)

Okay, I've got to share something with you. I've been falling down this rabbit hole lately, analyzing YouTube channels that are absolutely crushing it—but flying under the radar.

I've found 3 examples for you, let's dive straight in.

🤖 AI No-Code Tools

Have you seen Edmund Yong's channel yet? This guy hit 62K subscribers with just 15 videos. Let that sink in... 15 videos! Most channels are grinding out hundreds of videos to hit those numbers.

So what's his secret sauce? He's riding this wave called "vibe coding"—basically building apps with AI tools like Cursor. It sounds niche, but according to VidIQ the keyword "vibe coding" has 2 million monthly searches with low competition.

The CPMs in the AI space are insane right now because advertisers are desperate to reach this audience. Brand sponsors can be $3k--$5k per video based on the amount of views he's getting. (I know this as I get approached by these brands on a weekly basis)

Think about the business potential here:

  • He could launch a course teaching people how to build apps with AI (easily a $200-500 product)
  • Create a membership community where aspiring developers support each other
  • Offer consulting to companies wanting to implement no-code solutions

Every single week there's some new AI tool being released, which means endless content ideas.

The best part? You don't need to be a coding genius. If you can follow instructions and explain things clearly, you've got a shot at this. I'm seeing people with basic tech knowledge build real apps now thanks to these AI tools.

🚀 Productivity / Tech

Let's talk about Miles Mochizuki next.

What I love about Miles' approach is how he's positioned himself in this perfect sweet spot. Productivity never goes out of style—people have wanted to be more efficient since the beginning of time.

But by focusing on new apps and AI tools, he gets to ride both the evergreen "I want to be more productive" wave AND the trending "what's this new tool everyone's talking about" wave.

Here's where it gets really interesting from a business perspective: software companies are throwing big money at creators in this space.

I'm talking $50-120 CPMs for sponsored segments, which is around $4K - $6K per video. Plus, you earn recurring commissions for every paying customer you bring.

What makes this niche so accessible is that you don't need fancy production. If you've got decent screen recording software and can explain things clearly, you're all set.

💰Tax Strategy (I Promise This Is Actually Interesting!)

I saved my favorite for last because it's so unexpected. Jasmine DiLucci is doing something I thought was impossible:

Making tax content actually fun.

Most people would rather watch paint dry than learn about taxes, right? But Jasmine found this brilliant angle: she debunks tax myths and essentially "roasts" bad tax advice that circulates on social media.

She'll take some viral TikTok about "this amazing tax loophole" and break down why it's completely wrong or would get you audited.

Here's the mind-blowing part about her business model:

she's not primarily making money from YouTube. Each viewer she converts to a tax client is worth potentially thousands in lifetime value. Think about it—tax clients often stay with their consultant for years, paying monthly or quarterly fees.

I did some rough math on this: If just 1% of her viewers convert to clients at an average value of $3,000/year, a video with 100,000 views could generate $3 million in client revenue.

What's fascinating is there's almost zero competition in this space. Most tax creators create super dry and boring videos. By adding personality and simplifying complex topics, Jasmine basically owns this niche
