버트런트 러셀의 개인비서를 9년간 지낸 상당히 명석한 두뇌의 소유자인만큼, 이 영상에서도 Ralph Schoenman은 객관적인 어조로 미국 정부가 어떻게 9.11에 개입했는지 명쾌하게 밝힌다. 보면서도 감탄했다.

1. 미국 정부의 자작극은 9.11이 처음이 아니었다; 전례가 있었다

1) 1898년 쿠바 Havana Harbor에서 일어난 USS Maine호 침몰사건: 스페인으로부터 쿠바를 독립시키겠다는 대의명분을 구실로 미국 정부가 꾸민 자작극으로, 이 자작극 덕택에 미국의 매킨리 정권은 (록펠러가 지원하는 정권이었다) 스페인과 전쟁을 하였고, 이 전쟁의 결과로 미국은 푸에르토 리코, 괌, 필리핀을 먹게 된다.

2) 1915년 루시태니아호 침몰 -> 독일에 책임을 전가하여 제1차 세계대전 참전.

3) 1941년 일본의 진주만 침공: 미국 정부가 6개월 전부터 계획을 알고 있었다. 미국은 일본을 도발시킬 목적으로 일본에 대한 고무, 석유 수출을 중단하는 등 전쟁을 유도하기 위해 부단히 노력했다.

4) Operation Northwoods

Operation Northwoods was a proposed false flag operation that originated within the US Department of Defense of the United States government in 1962. The proposals called for CIA operatives to both stage and commit acts of terrorism against American military and civilian targets, blaming them on the Cuban government, and using it to justify a war against Cuba. The possibilities detailed in the document included the remote control of civilian aircraft which would be secretly repainted as US Air Force plane, a fabricated 'shoot down' of a US Air Force fighter aircraft off the coast of Cuba, the possible assassination of Cuban immigrants, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, blowing up a U.S. ship, and orchestrating terrorism in U.S. cities. The proposals were rejected by President John F. Kennedy.

5) 1964년 통킹만 사건: 미국이 통킹만 선박을 침몰시킨 뒤, 북베트남 소행으로 꾸며 베트남 전쟁을 일으킨다.

6) 즈비그뉴 브레진스키의 <거대한 체스판>에 나오듯, 미국 CIA는 1970년대 후반 이슬람 테러리스트를 아프가니스탄에서 recruit하여 무자헤딘으로 키워 소련과의 전쟁을 유도했다.
7) 1993년 World Trade Center 테러범 Omar Ahmad Rahman은 이집트 정보기관의 에이젼트이자, 뉴욕의 FBI 요원이기도 했다. 모사드 & FBI가 9.11 때도 동일하게 개입.

8) 1994년 아프가니스탄에서 탄생한 탈레반은 파키스탄의 정보기관 ISI와 미국의 CIA 합동 작전 아래 탄생했다.

Lieutenant-General Hamid Gul HI(M), SBt, is a retired high-ranking general officer in the Pakistan Army, famous for serving as the Director-General of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), Pakistan's premier intelligence agency, between 1987 and 1989 during the late stages of and post-stages of the Soviet war.

Post-Soviet war fallout

General Gul worked closely with the CIA during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan, when he was the ISI head. However, he became dispassionate with the United States after it turned its back on Afghanistan following the 1989 Soviet withdrawal, as the United States had promised to help build a prosperous Afghanistan.^[21] He was further disconcerted when the US began punishing Pakistan with economic and military sanctions for its secret nuclear program. General Gul then went on to declare that "the Muslim world must stand united to confront the U.S. in its so-called War on Terrorism, which is in reality a war against Muslims. Let's destroy America wherever its troops are trapped."^[24]

General Gul personally met Osama bin Laden in 1993 and refused to label him a terrorist unless and until irrefutable evidence was provided linking him to alleged acts of terrorism.^[25] Only days after the September 11 attacks, Gul also stated his belief that the attacks were "clearly an inside job".^[26][27][28]

In 2008 Gul was informed by a senior official in Pakistan's Foreign Ministry that he had been placed on a U.S. watch list of "global terrorists", along with several others. He was shown a U.S. document that detailed several charges against him, including allegations that he had ties to al-Qaeda and the Taliban. Gul rejected these allegations.^[37] On 14 December 2008, President Asif Ali Zardari in an interview with Newsweek described Hamid Gul as a "political ideologue" of terror rather than a physical supporter.^[38] According to the Daily Telegraph, following the death of Osama bin Laden, Gul opined that US forces had killed him in Afghanistan and moved the body to Abbottabad to humiliate Pakistan.^[39]

4. 9.11을 자작극으로 볼 수 있는 이유

IFF can only positively identify friendly aircraft or other forces.^[2][3][4][5] If an IFF interrogation receives no reply or an invalid reply, the object is not positively identified as foe; friendly forces may not properly reply to IFF for various reasons such as equipment malfunction, and parties in the area not involved in the combat, such as civilian airliners, will not be equipped with IFF.

2) 샌프란시스코 크로니클의 9/12자 기사는 샌프란시스코 시장 Willie Brown이 Security people의 경고에 의해 9/11일 여행계획을 취소했음을 보도. 같은 신문의 9/14자는 죠지 슐츠 전 국무부 장관이 9월 7일날 국무부 정보과로부터 미국의 주요 빌딩들이 테러리스트의 공격 대상이 될 것이라는 사실을 보고받고 여행계획을 취소했음을 보도. 함참 멤버들 모두 계획을 취소. 인도, 러시아, 독일의 정보기관은 9/11 이전에 미국에 경고했으나 미국 정부는 무시.

 

3) 9.11 테러범으로 알려진 Mohamad Atta은 US military의 훈련을 받은 사람이었다.

4) 폴 올포위츠는 1998년 이라크 침공의 필요성과 페르시안 걸프 석유로 얻을 이득에 대해 분석한 바 있다. Kenneth Armitage, Donald Rumsfeld도 마찬가지.

The group, the Project for the New American Century, or PNAC, was founded in 1997. Among its supporters were three Republican former officials who were sitting out the Democratic presidency of Bill Clinton: Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and Paul Wolfowitz.

In open letters to Clinton and GOP congressional leaders the next year, the group called for "the removal of Saddam Hussein's regime from power" and a shift toward a more assertive U.S. policy in the Middle East, including the use of force if necessary to unseat Saddam.

And in a report just before the 2000 election that would bring Bush to power, the group predicted that the shift would come about slowly, unless there were "some catastrophic and catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor."

The group was never secret about its aims. In its 1998 open letter to Clinton, the group openly advocated unilateral U.S. action against Iraq because "we can no longer depend on our partners in the Gulf War coalition" to enforce the inspections regime.

"The only acceptable strategy is one that eliminates the possibility that Iraq will be able to use or threaten to use weapons of mass destruction. In the near term, this means a willingness to undertake military action as diplomacy is clearly failing. In the long term, it means removing Saddam Hussein and his regime from power," they wrote, foreshadowing the debate currently under way in the United Nations.

Of the 18 people who signed the letter, 10 are now in the Bush administration. As well as Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz, they include Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage; John Bolton, who is undersecretary of state for disarmament; and Zalmay Khalilzad, the White House liaison to the Iraqi opposition. Other signatories include William Kristol, editor of the conservative Weekly Standard magazine, and Richard Perle, chairman of the advisory Defense Science Board.
